I am currently a PhD student in the Microsystems Technology Laboratories (MTL) at MIT working on the development of GaN CMOS Technology with Professor Tomas Palacios.

My current research interests include design, fabriation and simulations of wide-band gap semiconductor devices for Logic, RF and Power Electronics applications.
